They are right that impeachment is a political tool, but that means it must be handled skillfully by a skilled politician. Speaker did not become speaker by being unskilled. She had a bevy of highly skilled competition for the post. She has proven, time and again, that her political judgement and skills are spot on, so with that in mind, I can easily endorse her position. Most especially since impeachment can happen anytime in the allotted time, there's no need to rush and risk a stumble.
On the other hand, something must be done immediately, to prevent Mr. Barr from taking over the powers to access and declassify US intelligence. I'm almost certain that his performance to date, would rule him out for obtaining clearances.
