Barr acts like a person would act, if Trump had film of him making out with corpses. He exhibits a carelessness that is simply fantastic and he brazenly heckles the United States Speaker of the House of Representatives, as if she were someone he simply met on the street. Congress needs to come crashing down on him for this premeditated and egregious perjury.
