Donald Trump Floats Pardon For DHS Appointee To Follow His Order | The B...

Mueller could, very easily, have found collusion/ conspiracy. He did not do so because, he knew that impeachment is a political decision. Therefore, he did not want to be seen as injecting a bias into the fray. He intended to have his work product delivered to Congress so that they could arrive at their own conclusions themselves.

Wikileaks was a "cutout" used to conceal the fact that people, who believe they should not be seen talking with one another, can communicate through a proxy.  We know that Trump's campaign did not want to be caught talking with the Russians directly. We know this because of their search for a "back channel",  so they could speak without the government knowing about it.

The Trump campaign passed messages to Russia via wiki and the Russians answered back the same way. That means that they all had this guilty knowledge to conceal and so they all lied to Congress. Because they all knew they had done something they should not have done, and therefore hoped to conceal it.

There is also the matter of Trump's penchant to offer pardons if his appointees will violate the law. That is subornation of felony. I can't believe that it's legal to ask people to commit crimes and offer them protection from the consequences. Is there really nothing that can be done to a President who subornes felonies?
