Norway killer's plan to 'seize power' in Europe after London visit

--Witness accounts said a second gunman had taken part in a mass shooting. 24 Jul 2011 Anders Behring Breivik, the suspect in Norway's twin attacks that killed at least 92 and wounded 97, described in his manifesto a meeting in London where he plotted to 'seize power' in Europe. Breivik has admitted he perpetrated the atrocity but denied criminal responsibility as it emerged he left a 1,500 page manifesto of right-wing ranting. It is part diary, part bomb-making manual and part political rant in which Anders Behring Breivik details his Islamophobia, attacks on Marxism and his initiation as a Knight Templar.
